Glass requires careful handling. We cannot cover damage caused by impacts, drops, or accidents. If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within the first 5 business days so we can assist you with a replacement.

Project 46 is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, including excessive pressure or force that may cause breakage. By purchasing our pieces, the customer acknowledges and accepts the necessary care required for glass jewelry.

OTHER: I offer repair and personalized service. If you are in San Luis Potosí, you can get your part replaced free of charge or have it repaired for $100 MXN.
