Manufacturing time

All our glass jewelry pieces are handcrafted.
Each piece requires a manufacturing time of 5 to 7 days before being shipped. This time begins after your payment is confirmed.

Shipping methods and times

Standard shipments are via the National Postal Service.
Express shipments are through DHL, FedEx or Estafeta.
Once your item is ready and has been handed over to the shipping company, the estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days for express orders or 10-12 days for standard shipments, depending on your location.

Shipping cost

Shipping costs $140 pesos throughout Mexico.

Track your order

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number to track your package directly on the Estafeta platform.

Incorrect addresses or undelivered packages

Please verify that the address provided is correct. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.

Delays

Shipping times may vary due to factors outside our control (weather, logistical delays, peak seasons, etc.). Once the package is delivered to Estafeta, its handling becomes the responsibility of the courier service.

International Shipping

For orders shipped outside of Mexico, the product price and shipping cost do not include import taxes, duties, or customs charges that may apply in the destination country.

These charges are determined by the customs authorities of each country and must be covered by the customer at the time of delivery if required.

Project 46 has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their amount, as they vary according to the local legislation of each country.
